Simply described, you go to the My Assistant link on our website, run the term quote, and provide a few simple pieces of information where it says DROP A TICKET. Your client will be called within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. At that time, the application will be completed over the phone and the appointment for completion of the medical requirements will be arranged. The completed application will be forwarded to the client for signature along with a pre-paid envelope addressed to you. You will receive the completed application, have the opportunity to proof it and then add your signature to the application. Once the application is forwarded to us, we will handle it as we do all of your cases—in a professional, personalized manner. Once the policy is issued, it will be forwarded to you for placement.
